Do’s & Don’ts
The New Moon in Virgo on September 17th, may influence you to be overly-critical, and obsess over the mundane. Obsession can only lead to one thing – negative thinking that will only distort your view of reality.
Awareness is half the battle, so if you find yourself obsessing, try your best to let it go. Also, practicing gratitude can help turn those obsessive thoughts around in no time.
DO CANDLE DIVINATION
New moons present the opportunity to initiate new beginnings. This particular new moon is especially potent for we are entering into a super charged time of powerful psychic energy.
The Full Moon in Aries on October 1st is referred to as The Harvest Moon. The Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to The Autumn Equinox on September 22and. It is also the first of two full moons in the month of October. The next one falls on October 31st, on Halloween night. Because it is the second full moon in one month, it is referred to as a Blue Moon.
As a result, the veil between our world and the spirit world will be especially transparent this year. This presents a rare opportunity to reach out and connect with your ancestral heritage and connect with the spirit world.
Light a candle and stare directly into the flame. See what images or visions come to you. Your message could also come in the form of a feeling or through clairaudience (clear hearing). Observe the candle flame. Ask your flame questions (out loud or in your head). The reaction of the flame will give you your answers.
I. E. If your flame sparks or moves a lot that means yes. If your flame dwindles or has no movement that may indicate no or wait until later. Go with your gut regarding your psychic impressions. Your emotions are your best psychic barometer.
