Below is a Full Moon Spell to “draw down the moon.”
What does that mean exactly?
Simply put, you light a candle or candles the night before, the night of and the night after the Full Moon. Full Moon Magick is strongest on these three nights.
This week the Full Moon in Scorpio falls on a Thursday. The Scorpio Full Moon offers the opportunity to banish and release any negativity. It is also a good time to set boundaries.
Candles
The candle colors I suggest are white, silver or yellow. You can buy them at most essential needs stores. If you can not find the exact color, don’t stress, any old candle will do. It is not the color, but the intention behind the magick.
Drawn Down The Moon
Light your candles and say the prayer / spell below.
Envision yourself becoming one with the moon. If you can go out doors to drink in it’s magick even better. Just let the magick of the Full Moon fill you. Pay attention to any messages you may receive and perhaps write them down.
Make the spell your own. If you are seeking inner strength try channeling the fierce energies of Scorpio. Get creative and go with your intuition. There is no right or wrong way. Just relax and let the energy of the full moon take over.
